Here’s Nick Stahl‘s 2012 in a nutshell — missing, found, missing, found, and now … arrested for “touching himself” in a porno store, TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement tells us, LAPD undercover vice officers were conducting a routine check of an adult store in Hollywood around 6PM — and found Stahl alone in a private booth, watching a porno, and committing a “lewd act.”

We’re told the “Terminator 3″ star appeared to be “touching himself” — you can figure out the rest — and he was booked for lewd conduct … a misdemeanor.

Nick was cited and released from police custody a few hours later … and as he walked out of the police station he told our camera guy it was all a “misunderstanding” (see above). Also worth noting … no one picked Stahl up from the station … he just kinda wandered off into the night.

As we’ve reported, Stahl has disappeared — sometimes for several weeks — multiple times this year. As of July, he had reunited with his wife and was getting treatment for substance abuse.

Kinda fun fact: We’re told one of the officers who arrested Stahl, also busted Fred Willardin July for pulling a similar deal in an adult theater.

Insiders alleged that the two gospel musicians have been regular visitors to the ‘man of God’ for reasons that cannot be easily deciphered but far from spiritual, according to our source who swore that Pastor Idris has other things to do with these women other than counseling.

Apart from these allegedly unwholesome immoral dealings of Pastor Idris with these ladies, who are both married, we also gathered that in the recent past, Idris has been undergoing investigation by the police for yet to be disclosed reasons. All these have further gone to lend more credence to our earlier story, which the allegedly Casanova pastor has refused to either confirm or deny, as all our efforts to contact him on phone proved abortive.

Celebrated founder of Christ Revival Rain Mission, Prophet Taiwo Idris is caught in a steamy love triangle- while he remains married to his wife, Lady Evangelist Folashade Idris, the music loving clergy is alleged to be romancing an Oregun, Lagos based business woman.

The torrid affair between the duo, which has become the main talking point at the Mowe based church, is equally having its adverse effect in the home-front of Ijebu (Ogun state) born pastor. The red-hot romance between the light-complexioned Owo (Ondo) born bizman and Prophet Taiwo Idris which started few months back has become so deep that Lady Evangelist Folashade Idris is no longer feeling safe in the union. On many occasions, she has had the course to report her husband to some of his friends and superiors, on the failing state of their marriage.

However, Prophet Idris, who was born a Muslim (Kamoru Idris) before he found Jesus Christ and became a worker in His vineyard, is said to be absolutely head over heels for the bizwoman. Although, the convener of the now popular ‘Praise Night’, which has featured throngs of prominent gospel music crooners, including the Juju music icon, Evan. Dr. Ebenezer Obey, is said to be happy in love that he’s even glowing, but a family source claimed that the pastor may have been charmed.

‘He’s not himself’ the source insisted. Mama Doyin, as the bizwoman is fondly called, we gathered, has gain tremendously from the relationship, and a source disclosed that its obvious that the new romance is doing her a world of good. A rape victim in India is believed to have committed suicide after police took 14 days to register her case and a further 30 days to make an arrest.

It is believed the teenage girl was kidnapped from Baras village in the Patiala district of Punjab during Diwali on November 13, by two men.

She was then taken to the nearby village of Brahamanmajra where she is alleged to have been drugged and repeatedly raped in a well

It came as the Indian prime minister Manmohan Singh responded to days of violent protest at the attack by promising better action to protect the nation’s women.

Her family said despite reporting the attack it took two weeks for police to take any action.

The victim’s older sister told India Today she had lost hope the case would be brought to justice when she suffered intimidation from the accused.

She said the victim had approached the police at Badshahpur village: ‘On some occasions, the policemen would take her to the police station in late evening hours. They would seek her to narrate the incident. They also tried to force her to withdraw her complaint.’

She said the accused men had threatened the family too and all had been forced to go into hiding at another family member’s house at Samana – a town near Patiala – on November 29. However, the accused intimidated them there too.

It is believed the girl ‘consumed poison’ at around 5pm on Boxing Day before she was rushed to Rajindera Hospital at Patiala, but she died later that night.

It is believed the accused men were named in a ‘suicide note’ left by the girl.

Patiala police are believed to have now ordered an investigation and said police would be ‘dismissed from their job if negligence was proved’.

The shocking spate of insecurity in the nation is assuming more worrisome dimensions by the day. The Head of Department of Surgery at one of Nigeria’s most prestigious universities, Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, which is also one of the largest in Africa has been shot dead. PROFESSOR HYACINTH NGONG MBIBU was shot dead yesterday  evening on his way home around 8 p.m after he left the premises of the Ahmadu Bello University Teaching Hospital, Shika (ABUTH) after he saw his patients.

Unknown gunmen on a motorbike were said to have shot him. For almost a decade, the late scholar was one of the principal officers of the West African College of Surgeons. A nurse in the hospital that he was gave a lift in his car was also shot in her arm and has been admitted at the hospital. Information gathered from the university reveals that the late professor was from Taraba State and originated from Takum Local Government of the state and not from Cameroon as some reports indicated. Idris Wada, the newly elected Kogi State Governor was involved in a ghastly car crash in Lokoja.
Idris. Wada is in the intensive care unit at the Kogi State Hospital in Lokoja, the state capital.
The ADC to the Kogi State Governor reportedly died on the spot.

Mr. Wada was on his way back to Lokoja from a function in Ayingba.
